Apraxia of Speech

Apraxia of speech is a neurological motor speech disorder that results In an impairment in planning and programming of body parts for speech production. It is not because of muscle weakness or paralysis. Children with apraxia know what they want to say they just can’t produce the speech because the brain to mouth pathways are disrupted.
